Payment and Notice Policy

• Payment is due on or before the First Day of each month. NO billing will be sent.
  
  
• If payment has not been received by the (10th) day of the month a $10 LATE FEE will be charged & unit access denied. When making an online payment please keep this policy in mind.
  
  
• You may make your payment online, by mail, on site during office hours, or place your payment in our convenient drop box.
  
  
• Thirty (30) days past due you will receive a FINAL NOTICE stating that you have been denied access to your unit, at which time another months rent is due.
  
  
• Forty Five (45) days past due you will receive a TERMINATION NOTICE by CERTIFIED MAIL. Your lock may be removed, pictures of your contents taken, and you will be "Locked Out." You are responsible for replacing your lock when payment is made.
  
  
• If past due balance not satisfied within (20) days of POSTMARK DATE, your contents may be sold at PUBLIC SALE.
  
  
• Notices will be sent to address on record.
  
  
• A $50 charge will be assessed for all checks returned by the LESSEE'S bank.
